Exception in Milestone19 opening events

Description 

I tried 19.0 and began by opening Circle of Life. I tried opening the
first SNU (boy) and got an error message with all three 'Events'
buttons. I sent one through directly, one of the others is pasted
here.

I cannot immediately repro this.

Add better exception message to debug.

Problem in the difference between path resolving running from IDE and from the build.
