Link the "Circle of Life" menu item to the loading of the actual project

It should behave as if the user had manually chose "File->Open->" and then gone to the project file.

S: I suggest storing the project in a folder on the same level as korsakow.jar instead of packaging it into the jar.

Alert the user if the "Circle of Life" project isn't found.

Alert the user if there are unsaved changes in their current project and give them the option to save it before loading the new project.

As of r722 there is basic implementation as a resource (inside the jar).
